Every month, we host a feel-good event for girls in their 20s to try something new, connect IRL, and walk away with at least one new friend (or five). No two events are the same, but they all have the same magic!

April - Wellness Retreat
We’ll be taking over the Retreat, in the New Forest for an afternoon just for the girls. A deeply restorative and uplifting experience, where we’ll immerse in guided meditation to quiet the mind

May - Matcha & Pilates
Say Yes Sunday will be at Studio 44 in Southsea, for the ultimate pilates taster session. Join us for anenergising afternoon of mindful movement and matcha, designed to nourish both body and mind.
