Say Yes Sunday will be at Studio 44 in Southsea, for the ultimate pilates taster session. Join us for an energising afternoon of mindful movement and matcha, designed to nourish both body and mind. You'll get to experience both a reformer pilates class, and the powerful movement of mat pilates too, (because why just try one!).

Your Say Yes Sunday ticket includes a 30 minute reformer session, as well as a 30 minute mat pilates class. After connect with girls just like you over the viral flavoured iced matcha, cake, & light refreshments. P.S you'll also get a pair of pilates socks on arrival.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many of our girls come solo, as it's a great way to meet new friends. Say Yes Sunday is all about stepping out of your comfort zone & trying something new.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event:
In this instance you can request a refund via email, or pass your ticket to a friend (just let us know in advance).
Cancellations within 7 days of the event:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers as costs have already been incurred.
